Manhattan West Enterprise Company (“Manhattan West”) is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our Executive team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and fast-growing investment firm that provides proprietary alternative investments across multiple asset classes including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, and traditional equity and fixed income portfolios, as well as financial services including wealth management, business management, tax, and insurance services.

The Director of Marketing will also work closely with the firm’s financial advisors to develop their own individual marketing plans.About this Position:Located at Manhattan West’s office in Century City, Los Angeles, CAFull-time exempt with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.Reports to the Chief Operating OfficerResponsibilities:Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.Success in this role includes having the ability to define key deliverables, set measurable goals, and ensure that goals are met in a timely manner.Develop marketing plan in a heavily regulated industry, making sure all materials and activities used are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Act as the marketing point person for all financial advisors.Execute a digital marketing strategy for the firm’s advisors using email, social media, SEO, lead generation, websites and more.Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs aligned with business goals.Focus all marketing efforts on our Target Market and Uniques.Allocate resources efficiently to achieve the best return on investment.Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns’ performance and make data-driven decisions.Manage external communications – including press releases, blogs, articles, web content writing, website and social media messaging, and other communications.Communicate clearly and regularly with team members on company goals and priorities.Maintain knowledge on emerging products and services.Perform other related duties as assigned.Skills:Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-makingSolid understanding of SEO & SEMSolid knowledge of inbound marketing tools, and web managementSolid understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, & HubspotGeneral knowledge of SEC marketing rules (or willing to learn)Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects, while communicating with executive teamAbility to adapt to changing market conditions and trendsExcellent project management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExpert in PowerPoint and AdobeCompensation:Salary range 125k - $150k based on qualifications and experienceDiscretionary bonusFeatured Benefits:Medical, vision and dental insurance401(k) profit sharing planStock market holidays + Paid time off (PTO)Other fringe benefits as are made available to other similarly situated employeesManhattan West is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
