Job Description
What you will do:
CyberArk is seeking a Senior Manager, Visual Storytelling to lead the creation of executive-level presentations, videos and other strategic materials that are essential to support CyberArk’s brand strategy and the rapid expansion of our business. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create beautiful, concise, simple and compelling presentations and video content. You will be a creative storyteller and problem solver, helping our team transform complex information into easy-to-understand slides and videos. You’ll create visuals that capture our messages and concepts in the most impactful ways, and optimize them for key audiences, formats and channels.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts to translate their content and ideas into engaging and compelling visual storiesCreate well-designed and thoughtful presentations to showcase strategic concepts and product functionalityPush creative boundaries by constantly pursuing new concepts and approaches, bringing forth new ideas and presentation design techniquesLeading a small team of presentation and motion graphic designers, provide design direction and oversee the development of all presentation materials to ensure that they follow best practices and meet brand and quality standardsIn partnership with Creative Services Director, act as a champion for brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in presentation and video materialsManage external agencies as necessary
Preference for the role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.

Qualifications
How you will stand out from the crowd:
8+ years’ experience as a presentation designer or content designerBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic DesignProficient in PowerPoint and passionate about maximizing its functionality for exceptional visual executionExperience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere ProExperience developing video concepts and storyboards and managing the video production processExcellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tell stories and communicate concepts with easy-to-understand, eye-catching visualsStrong writing and editing skills a plusStrong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skillsExceptional attention to detailDemonstrated success working with and influencing C-level executives
