If you are passionate about shaping exceptional commercial environments and seeking a supportive, forward-thinking work culture, this role is tailor-made for you.PERKS & BENEFITSCompetitive Compensation ($90,000 - $115,000)Comprehensive Healthcare and Dental CoverageEmployee Assistance ProgramVitality Wellness ProgramTraining, Personal Development, and Conference allowancesStrong Career Advancement OpportunitiesA Dynamic and Supportive Team CultureWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Spearhead the creation of captivating design concepts and presentations for large-scale commercial projects regularlyGenerate innovative ideas alongside our strategic planners to integrate the latest trends and client preferences into each projectLeading project teams and consultants to uncover integrated, innovative, and interdisciplinary solutions to design problemsConsulting with clients to establish design concepts and parameters, including how space will function, budget considerations, and aesthetic preferencesGenerating conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, and work with PM to prepare preliminary cost estimatesGuiding the work of Design Team on written specifications, working drawings, and construction documents, including verification that designs meet applicable building codes where necessaryABOUT YOU:8-15 minimum years of experience in workplace interior design or architectureBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldProficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and InDesignExpertise in managing and overseeing intricate project details, including drawings, specifications, and multiple project tasks simultaneouslyPortfolio with samples of past workplace projectsHow to Apply:Interviews are taking place right away.
