As strong supporters of the Arts and Sports, we are proud partners of @McLarenF1 @ManCity @Tribeca.About The OpportunityAs the front-end developer in OKX, You will be working closely with the top-notch front-end development team on a wide variety of products - developing with performance in mind to serve a world-class digital asset trading platform with millions of active users.What You'll Be DoingDevelop front-end solutions with performance, scalability, and continuous integration in mind.Work on projects developing reusable modules, automated testing, and continuous deployment.Research and resolve technical problems of projects, and design technical architecture for long-term solutions.Accumulate technology and construct efficiency-boost systems.Improve page performance metrics such as LCP, INP, and CLS, and define best practices.Implement fully accessible web features for everyone.Technically lead and mentor the team through challenges.Act as the first line of defense for compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.8+ years of experience in front-end development.Required SkillsDeep understanding of front-end frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, etc.Proficient in front-end packaging workflows and familiar with development tools such as npm, Vite/Webpack, Git, etc.Strong capability in cross-browser development with a solid understanding of browser differences and the ability to solve incompatibility issues.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business and technical architectures in simple terms.Significant experience in web performance optimization.Nice to HavesExperience working with multilanguage support (i18n)Experience with WEB Accessibility for WCAG AAA compliancePassionate about cryptoHighlights of Perks and BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsOKX StatementThe base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $280,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
