Join Intuit’s Consumer Group design team and help create impactful end-to-end experiences for millions of customers. In this role you will be helping craft the design strategy and execution of finance products aimed at helping small business customers grow and thrive. You’ll work across functions, teams, and business units to create intuitive and scalable tax platform experiences.
This is a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment where we are working to ship new-to-Intuit experiences.
What you'll bring
8+ years of product design experience with strong visual and interaction skillsExpert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research. Seasoned in Agile development processesDeep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principlesProven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of useExemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership to deliver great results and to "raise the bar" continually as an effective leader of positive changeOrganized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely mannerA passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional levelStrong online portfolio available for viewing
How you will lead
Drives and delivers design strategies, frameworks, principles, and designs on a broad range of projects to accelerate large initiatives and align stakeholders across different teams and business unitsWorks on scalable platform solutions with velocity and rigor by leveraging and contributing to our Intuit design system and innovating using new and existing tech capabilitiesLeads delivery of high-level frameworks for understanding the problem space, detailed design specs for E2E initiatives, and ideal state prototypesBring a bold vision and design strategy to life across multiple areas in the ecosystem. Can connect the dots across multiple strategies and initiatives to make the largest impactApply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platformsOperate with autonomy and drive design in partnership with many stakeholders across Design, Development, Product Management, Data/Analytics, Service DesignMasterful storyteller, able to influence a broad audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal leaders, partners and customersUse facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
