VP Responsibilities

Focus on expanding their regional presence and bringing their offering to a growing book of leading agencies and Fortune 1000 brandsLeverage personal relationships, product knowledge, and best practices to clearly communicate the differentiators of their offering in the marketWork directly with their EVP, Head of Midwest Sales and Partnerships, becoming an integral part of the senior sales team that will lead them into their next stage of growthDrive the sales cycle: effectively conduct needs analysis, succinctly communicate the company's vision in the market, and proactively negotiate deals to closeCollect insights into a client’s organizational structure, online and offline marketing strategy, and ideal demographicParticipate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1sIdentify market opportunities, process improvements, and facilitate market feedbackClosely track internal KPIs, be mindful of team objectives and key results, and follow best practices for automated performance reporting

VP Requirements

10+ years of sales experience, including managed service influencer marketing campaigns and/or relevant agency experienceRelevant client relationships in the MidwestYou have have previously engaged with leaders at agencies and Fortune 1000 companiesProven record of exceeding quarterly objectives and attention to key metricsExperience with Salesforce and other productivity related SaaS productsSelling experience in the social/media space preferred
