Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Responsibilities:Drive DTC strategy and lead consumer execution in the USLead Campaign Development and OPDP preclearance work, including associated documentation/submission with RegLead and develop Now Available campaign and patient educational materials for use by a broad range of field teams prior to receipt of OPDP commentsResponsible for contributing towards Launch Readiness Reviews, timing, coordination, and execution of DTC workDevelops and delivers informative consumer-friendly education and other direct-to-consumer initiatives based on customer needsDemonstrates broad and in-depth knowledge of marketing mix and leverages this to guide integrated execution and measurement of the overall planAdept at developing, executing, and communicating plans based on insights and analysis using multiple data sourcesExecutes tactics according to strategy and demonstrates command of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. Tactics may include; advertising (print, digital, social, out of home, TV/video, and point of care), websites, medical office literature, starter kits, slide decks, email, apps, etc.Sets priorities in circumstances of continued complex and conflicting requirements, provides logical recommendationsKeeps current and anticipates changes in the healthcare landscape, in therapeutic area, and with consumer marketing trends and makes recommendations to adapt plans based on insightsContributes to greater PrEP portfolio strategic decisions and makes a recommendation on go-to-market choicesLeads insight generation as called upon to build comprehensive views of consumers and/or of the market using various sources—recommends trade-off decisionsSelects appropriate marketing KPIs and drives action toward optimal performanceManage AOR to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of strategy and tactics; support management of agency relationship and budgetsPartners closely with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, CL&D, II&D, Global, L4P Services, Franchise, PrEP DTC, and PrEP HCP Marketing TeamsCollaborate with internal teams and field leadership to ensure a coordinated and appropriate approach to maximize field team effectivenessEvaluate and evolve the current approach and systems (as needed)Design and deliver presentations to a range of internal and external audiencesExperience with social media planning and strategyEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience orMasters' Degree and 10 years of experience orPhD and eight years of experiencePreferred Qualifications:10+ years of experienceA Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields is preferredAdvanced experience with product lifecycle management is preferredAn advanced science degree or an advanced business degree such as an MBA is desirableExpert understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on the development of marketing materialsProven ability to work well as part of a team and in leading teamsStrong desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA minimum of 3 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients [OTC experience is desirable]People Leader Accountabilities:Create Inclusion - knowing the business value of diverse teams, modeling inclusion, and embedding the value of diversity in the way they manage their teams.Develop Talent - understand the skills, experience, aspirations, and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential.
