About This Role
We’re looking for a mixed-methods researcher who has experience with 0 to 1 product development, understands when and how to execute generative and evaluative user research approaches, and is able to translate research findings into actionable insights.
What you'll be doing
Design and execute research for 0 to 1 product development initiatives as well as more iterative product development.Build relationships with stakeholders across design, product, and engineering to provide the most aligned research and contextualized insights and action plans.Discover and advocate user needs and develop an informed point-of-view around solutions and priorities.Develop and socialize results to leadership teams leveraging research insights to support decisions that will shape product strategies for the company.
What you’ll have
3+ years of applied product research experience.Solid foundation in research methods, including moderated and unmoderated remote interviews, concept testing, usability studies, surveys, and competitive analysis.Has experience working with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering as well as presenting research insights to leadership.Excellent presentation and narrative building skills and ability to create slides / graphs / charts that convey key research findings in compelling ways.Passion for transforming lives through learning.Experience in both direct-to-consumer and B2B research on a global scale.Experience in building AI based solutions.
