The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in both agency and direct-to-consumer (D2C) environments. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of creative development, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and objectives.Responsibilities:Collaborate with external agencies and production partners to conceptualize and execute compelling video and photo shoots, including those featuring our brand ambassador.Own, maintain, and continue to evolve our brand book, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative assets.Lead and mentor a team of design and copy talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; eagerness to act as a player/coach when needed.Oversee creative projects across various channels, including website, paid media, email marketing, and organic social, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with the target audience.Develop and execute insights-driven creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to align creative initiatives with business objectives and priorities.July 3, 2024 (Originally posted July 1, 2024)
