Brightline brings virtual behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where they need it. We have an exciting opportunity to play a critical part in advancing the mission of a new partnership between Brightline and Children and Youth Behavioral Initiative (CYBHI), a California initiative Brightlife Kids.

Established as part of the Budget Act of 2021, CYBHI is a $4.7B five-year package of investments that seeks to reimagine behavioral health care for California’s youth. The goal is to promote social and emotional well-being, prevent behavioral health challenges, and provide equitable, appropriate, timely, and accessible services for children and youth behavioral health needs–for free. Brightline was selected from a group of 450+ vendors to provide the Behavioral Health Virtual Services Platform (BHVS) for children under 13, as one of the workstreams for CYBHI.

We are seeking a Member Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help drive the marketing efforts to build awareness and interest among California families and community- based organizations about this incredible mental health support during this youth mental health crisis. You will be responsible for executing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for the CYBHI partnership that will connect CA families to BrightLife Kids.

This is a 100% remote role based in CA and will have an exciting opportunity to help execute and manage marketing campaigns for Brightline’s partnership with CYBHI (Brightlife Kids) for both key organizations as well as families.

Effective Collaboration:

You will partner with Community Engagement, Design, Copywriting, Product, and Marketing Ops teams to create and launch marketing campaigns to increase referrals/activations of CA families.

Rapid Subject Mastery & Strategic Mindset:

You will become knowledgeable about the family experience as well as school-based and community-based organizations landscape (eg elementary schools, day-care, after school programs) in California.You will spread awareness of Brightline through strategic marketing engagement efforts, leveraging insights to influence future campaigns.

Data Driven & Analytical Thinking:

You will utilize dashboards and data to track the effectiveness and other key performance indicators (KPIs) of the marketing channels, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Why We Are Excited About You

4+ years of experience in growth marketing.Experience in a high-growth environment and digital health is a plus.Data-driven growth mindset, with a bias towards continuous improvement via rapid experimentation and iteration.Strong experience in campaign execution and marketing analytics across conversion rate optimization (through multiple channels such as email marketing, offline assets, paid media).Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.Ability to prioritize tasks and projects, multitask, manage time effectively, and work autonomously on projects with minimal oversight.A passion for advancing our mission to bring behavioral health services that are equitable and accessible for children and youth in California.Adaptability and excitement for working in a fast-paced startupMust reside in California

Compensation Philosophy:

At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $91,000-$120,000.
