1. Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement overarching marketing and revenue generating strategies aligned with the goals and mission of the Center. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, ensuring the center remains at the forefront of the field.2. Team Leadership: - Develop, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing and school engagement team . - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices.3. Sales Development: - Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth, establishing key performance indicators and monitoring performance against targets. - Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, thought leaders, and clients within the education sector.4. Marketing Campaigns: - Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social media, print, and events to promote the center's programs, research, and initiatives. - Develop and oversee marketing strategies - Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.5. Social Media Expertise: - Utilize expertise in social media platforms to enhance the center's online presence and engagement. - Stay current with social media trends and leverage emerging platforms to reach and connect with target audiences.6. Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal teams, including research, product development, and implementation and training, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals. - Work closely with field thought leaders, academic and industry partners to enhance visibility and impact.7. Data Analysis: - Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
