This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to contribute significantly to the growth and branding of a boutique-sized law firm with ambitious expansion goals. The ideal candidate will align with the firm’s values, possess a passion for legal marketing, and demonstrate leadership in driving marketing initiatives forward. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the firm’s strategic goals. • Monitor and optimize marketing channels for ROI, including SEO/Google Ads campaigns. • Collaborate with firm leadership on high-level decisions regarding budget allocation and strategic direction. • Work closely with attorneys on marketing strategies, business development, and practice growth plans. • Enhance existing marketing efforts including blogs, vlogs, Google reviews, social media, newsletters, email blasts, and events planning. • Lead in-house marketing campaigns to drive case growth and maintain brand visibility. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, communications, or similar. • Professional services industry marketing experience is a plus. • Passion for Marketing and a fervent desire to grow the law firm into a regional household known brand. • Excellent people, written and verbal communication skills with a metrics-driven marketing mind. • Thorough knowledge of SEO, Google ads, LSA’s, social media, PR/outreach, and best practices for building a brand with a growing footprint. Experience unifying multiple brands is a plus. • Capability to manage quantitative marketing metrics, review and analyze data to inform investment and improve outcomes. • Experience with Digital, Social, SEO, Blogs/Vlogs, Photography, and marketing tools/analytics for a local company. • Proven experience executing (getting things done on time). • Strong project management, multitasking, budget, and decision-making skills. • Ability to quickly adapt to change and be a team player. Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
