Digital Marketing Coordinator - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)

This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Responsible for managing member-facing digital communication campaigns and platforms to evaluate and improve Honor's member experience.Collaborates with subject matter experts throughout the organization and with the Marketing Team to design, implement, and improve member onboarding communications and targeted product promotions.Supports the management and maintenance of Honor's websites, mobile apps, and other digital communication platforms.Plays an integral role in the digital marketing process, with a strong emphasis on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, email, SMS, and content creation.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

College degree in Marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Three to five years of experience in digital marketing or related field.Experience in copywriting for email and website required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.Must be proficient in effective usage of all current social media platforms.Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination abilities.Strong writing, organizational and analytical skills.
