Floor & Decor is a fast-growing, publicly traded retailer, and we are looking experienced SEO manager to lead our SEO strategy to grow organic traffic. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO initiatives for our eCommerce websites, as well as conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and content optimization. You will also work closely with industry-leading agencies and internal teams, such as web development, content, and paid advertising, to ensure alignment and synergy across all digital channels.Minimum Eligibility Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SEO experienceAt least 5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in eCommerceStrong knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brightedge, Ahrefs, etc.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Superior project management skills with experience delivering multiple projects. simultaneously across multiple teams.Passionate about SEO and eCommerce, and eager to learn and grow.Preferred Skills and ExperienceProficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, and familiar with web development and design principles.Essential Job Functions:Develop and execute SEO strategies and roadmaps for our eCommerce website, in line with our business goals and target audience.Analyze and monitor SEO metrics including rankings, traffic and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Apple Business Connect, Brightedge and other tools. Present findings and actionality insights to senior management and stakeholders.Conduct keyword research and analysis, using various tools and methods, to identify opportunities to optimize content.Write, optimize copy and gather copy with internal copy writers, online merchandising and various tools.Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site performance, usability, and accessibility.Conduct competitor research and benchmarking and identify gaps and areas for improvement.Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, and implement them accordingly.Collaborate with other teams, such as web development, content, social media, and paid advertising, to ensure SEO integration and alignment across all digital channels.Working Conditions (travel & environment)Work in the office 4 days per week.Limited travel required including air and car travel.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
