Role: Marketing Lead, Technology VerticalLocation: SFO RegionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to step into the role of Marketing head for our Tech vertical. In this position, you'll spearhead the implementation of comprehensive global multi-channel marketing strategies, encompassing Account Based Marketing, Events, Campaigns, Digital Channels, and Demand Generation. Collaborating closely with the business unit's leadership teams across geos, your objective will be to ensure seamless alignment between our marketing efforts and overarching business strategies and objectives, thereby facilitating the achievement of strategic goals.Through your global Tech vertical marketing team, you will communicate key messages to defined target audiences, establishing our thought leadership and creatively showcasing our strengths and key differentiators to the industry decision-makers and key influencers.Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction and motivation to achieve targets within their respective geos.Drive strategic programs to showcase HCLTech's vision, propositions, solutions, services and moreDesign innovative client engagement programs and platforms towards awareness creation, deepening relationships and demand generationCreating CXO engagement platformsCampaigns: Multi-channel persona/demand signal-based, personalized campaigns, content Syndication and social sellingCreation and curation of engaging content and content experience managementCollaborate with key stakeholders including sales across geos to build, maintain and execute marketing plans aligned with the business objectives to drive pipeline generation & revenue growth throughDemand generation initiativesCross-sell/ UpsellDeal renewals etcDevelop marketing strategies that build brand reputation and establish HCLTech as a thought leader for the Tech vertical across geosWork closely with geo/ cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, videos, thought leadership content, client-generated content and webinars, that engage target accounts and key client stakeholders across the buyer journeyCreate in-market capability differentiation to impact deal throughput and outcomesCollaborate with the sales team to identify high-value target accounts and develop ABM initiatives & segmented marketing campaigns that resonate with their business requirementsCollaborate with the sales team to identify Key stakeholders & buyer groups to run people-based marketing initiativesTrack and analyze content/ campaigns/ events performance to optimize future initiatives and improve ROIProvide reporting to the leadership team against agreed performance measures and provide insights on future strategiesMarketing planning, budgeting, roll-out, tracking and executive reporting with actionable insightsAnalytical and reporting skillsDemonstrate a strong work ethic and work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams to achieve common goalsEvaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performanceLocation: California, USA
