This is a hybrid position located in Malvern, PA

This opportunity will be located in our Malvern, PA headquarters for a Marketing Project Manager of Residential Roofing in our CertainTeed Roofing Products organization. This individual will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be results driven strategic thinker. This position will have daily interface with the product management team reporting to the Product Marketing Manager. He/she will have frequent interaction with the Corporate Marketing team, Exterior Sales, Purchasing, and outside support organizations. This position will help drive the success of our residential portfolio and help to develop the CertainTeed brand in the roofing space.

Oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budget.

Oversee the creation of various types of content such as blog posts, contractor & homeowner testimonials, videos, and more.

Track project expenditures and ensure projects stay within budget.

Manage public relations efforts, ensuring effective communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and engage with target audience.

Generate regular reports on project progress, budget, and ROI.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of content that aligns with product launches, marketing campaigns, and industry events.

Work with the central marketing team to distribute content through appropriate channels (social media, email newsletters, website, etc.) to reach the target audience effectively.

Provide input via creative brief and product positioning messaging to support sales collateral development, production and management – including literature, samples, merchandising collateral, displays, webpages, advertising, PR and social media.

Help build strategic plan for product portfolio and participate in annual rationalization process.

Participate and travel to trade shows, customer events, educational seminars and additional activities in support of the roofing business.

Alongside the Product Marketing Manager, present the marketing strategy to key stakeholders including executives, product managers, and sales teams.

Ability to handle multiple projects of varied importance to the promised deliverable results.

Bachelor’s degree required

3-5 years of marketing experience

Experience in public relations and media planning preferred.

Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, integrating, and measuring projects and programs.

Must have the ability to work effectively and positively with all organizational levels, be proactive and an innovator.

Flexible, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Strong problem solving and computer skills with the ability to work effectively and positively within all organizational levels.

Required to be an excellent writer and communicator and have the flexibility to travel 10-15% of the time
