Wellness and Marketing Manager
is responsible for all nutrition and wellness information and activity for Amgen locations in the US. He/ she customizes, supports, coordinates and measures nutrition and wellness initiatives and provides nutrition education, training, communication and guidance for the Amgen accounts and Compass Group associates, in particular to ensure compliance with FDA nutrition labeling laws.
Responsibilities:Establishes relationship and maintains partnership with client health and wellness program / initiatives designees; help facilitate joint wellness initiatives, promotions and calendars with client wellness teamsDevelops & presents materials for health fairs, lunch and learns, program launches, regional & district meetings, client meetings, marketplace wellness events, tastings, etc.Supports and utilizes marketing and technology innovations to help drive wellness including Webtrition, loyalty programs, dining websites, limited time offers and rewards initiativesSupport and implement Fitwel standardsManages nutrition analysis for assigned accounts, utilizing Webtrition, our web-based application for menu planning, production tools, nutritional analysis, and costing. Ensures that Webtrition recipes are available to and being used by culinary teamsWellness and Marketing Manager will also have a hands-on approach to hospitality, foodservice and the retail side of the businessSupports and assists marketplace managers as needed which might include customer service and holding associates accountable to standardsSupport all social media campaigns to drive adoption to Instagram: tabling events, assist in posting, print and digital marketing.Create marketing plan to drive adoption to technology platforms used within the Marketplace. This includes but not limited to mobile and desktop ordering, order pay kiosks and scan & pay platforms.Collaborate opening smallwares orders & decor, and create grand opening communication plan in collaboration with the culinary and wellness team and client.Leads in-field implementation and on-going wellness training for associates in regionActs as a nutrition education resource, excluding medical nutrition therapy, for client, guest and Eurest associate nutrition & sustainability questions and concernsConducts regular audits and site visits of assigned accounts to assess account performance against wellness standards. Develops corrective action plans, monitors and enforces corrective action on wellness and sustainability standards, nutrition policies, labeling laws and food allergy managementEnsures accuracy of all nutrition information posted in assigned accounts as well as nutrition information posted on dining center websites and kiosks
