Highlights publications reach over two million children every month throughout the world. Our wide variety of "Fun with a Purpose" magazines, books and products are dedicated to helping children become their best selves-creative, curious, caring, and confident.Position Summary:The Marketing and Sales Coordinator supports the fast-paced and creative sales and marketing team in the Highlights Books and Consumer Products division. The coordinator will work to track project details, create presentations, oversee sales and marketing design projects, assist on trade show and event execution, organize media and account mailings, and more. This coordinator will regularly attend dynamic meetings with the team and accounts, all while gaining valuable project management, marketing, and sales experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide administrative support from scheduling meetings to coordinating mailings to tracking budgetsCreate presentations to support the sales and marketing teamAssist on execution of trade shows and consumer eventsUpdate and Maintain lists of accounts, reviewers, and sales reps for mailings and emailsMaintain inventory of book library and place orders for restock and new titlesSend out books and catalogs as needed to accountsCoordinate reporting across the department (marketing and sales reports, POS resports, and more)Learn and master all internal systems and softwareWhat you should show up ready to teach anyone on your first day:
