From packaging design that leaps off the shelf to in-store signage and the ad circular that brings the shopper to the store... every moment in the shopper's journey is carefully considered. About you:
With each new marketing challenge, you're looking for the next big idea that will get shoppers engaged at every point along the way. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects using your organizational skills to keep you on track. You're comfortable pitching rough sketches and collaborating with your team to solve creative challenges. You will employ your exceptional skills in design composition, user-interface, and typography to create and refine impactful, amazing designs. You enjoy the challenge and are proud of every project you produce!
What you'll do:Create concepts for retail marketing efforts and special promotionsWorking with Art Director to ensure photography execution is consistent with client brandCompleting client approval processCollaborate with other department managers to meet production scheduleDevelop strong client relationships, be a client advocate to internal teamsRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in the field of design OR 3-years' experienceResilient to fast-paced environments where tight deadlines are the normProven success with time management skillsWorking knowledge of Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)What will set you apart:
Experience working with photographersExperience developing strong client relationshipsRetail design or marketing experienceExceptional skill with layout composition and typography
