As a Marketing Manager specializing in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns targeting key accounts to drive business growth. You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create personalized marketing strategies tailored to influential decision-makers in the solar industry. This role involves defining ABM strategies, choosing the right tools and partners, and designing and implementing customized marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will engage with key stakeholders through various channels, analyze campaign performance, and ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a specialization in ABMIn-depth knowledge of ABM strategies, principles, and best practicesProficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teamsInnovative and creative thinker with a passion for solving problemsSelf-motivated individual comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Salary Range:
$90 -120k + Bonus
