Social Content Coordinator

As the Social Content Coordinator at MiaDonna, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating and executing compelling original digital content across social media and online channels to support customer and brand engagement, drive product awareness, and grow sales revenue. This hybrid role, based out of our Portland headquarters, will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, is comfortable multitasking, a self-starter, and stays organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic video and image editing experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and develop engaging content for social media platforms and online channels, including editorial pieces, new product promotions, and evergreen campaigns.Manage the day-to-day social content and promotional calendar.Collaborate with the eCommerce, marketing and retail teams to create, write, and post compelling content across social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing or business goals.Monitor social media activity and engage with the MiaDonna community, responding promptly and thoughtfully to comments, questions, and direct messages.Identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends and opportunities to create impactful, unique moments for the brand.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all deliverables.Work with the CEO to create weekly educational and aspirational Instagram posts and stories that help build authority and humanize the brand.Propose and implement innovative strategies to optimize social media channels, aiming to increase engagement and followers.Support the strategy and growth of ambassador and influencer programs, including building outreach lists, vetting prospects, managing communication, and assisting with organic gifting and giveaway campaigns.Manage relationships with content creators and act as a visual brand advocate, balancing trending content with evergreen, branded material.Assist in creating campaign recaps and monthly or quarterly social media reports for the leadership team.Participate in photoshoots and internal meetings, providing updates on projects and actively contributing to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches.Capture and create spontaneous and behind-the-scenes content at various locations, including the Portland headquarters, team events, retail locations, and local community.The Ideal Candidate:

You're a creative brand marketer with at least 2 years of experience working in social media, content creation, and/or community management, preferably for an agency or luxury/fashion/lifestyle brand.Experienced at social commerce.Strong understanding of the jewelry/fashion industry and digital content trends.Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills.Experience with video/image editing tools and apps like Canva and CapCut; familiarity with design platforms like Figma; basic understanding of Google Analytics and other social publishing and reporting tools like Later and ManyChatAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in a fast-paced work environment.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Teamwork, Cooperation & Professional Conduct:

Salary Range: $65-$75k
