Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Marketing Contractor to join our team. This role is integral to orchestrating day-to-day B2B marketing activities and aligning them closely with the sales objectives of the company. The ideal candidate will collaborate extensively with sales teams and other stakeholders to devise a comprehensive "move-the-needle" marketing plan and calendar aimed at strengthening our market presence and enhancing lead generation, with an emphasis on implementing cutting-edge digital and marketing automation technology.

Position Outcome

The most critical services or results expected from this position:Develop and execute a "move-the-needle" B2B marketing strategy designed to increase lead generation in support of Sales team efforts, ensuring enrollmentFUEL's marketing efforts reflect the most current and proven digital and marketing automation practicesEnsure enrollmentFUEL has a strong and positive industry presenceOversee company website redesign and ensure it represents the latest in user experience best practicesCollaborate across Company teams to support initiatives and help manage projects to successful completionProvide superior customer service, externally and internallyRepresent enrollmentFUEL in a professional manner at all timesUphold the mission of enrollmentFUELEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Design and implement an omni-channel B2B marketing strategy and maintain a marketing calendar in collaboration with the sales department and other relevant teamsProvide strategic direction for the overhaul of enrollmentFUEL's website within the first year to enhance user engagement and improve functionalityEnsure consistent and effective branding across all digital platforms, including social media, leveraging guidance from the Associate Vice President of Campaign StrategiesSupervise the production and inventory of marketing materials, coordinating with fulfillment partners to ensure timely, on-budget, and accurate distributionManage the rollout of marketing campaigns for new products and services, monitoring effectiveness and adapting strategies as neededManage direct mail campaigns, marketing costs, and overall campaign strategies within the approved budgetProvide support to the Associate Vice President of Campaign Strategies in implementing social media and influencer-based marketing initiativesContribute to the development and fulfillment of marketing outreach, including content creation and logistical supportLead project management efforts for annual client-partner gifts, retention visit gifts, annual holiday giving campaign, and other marketing for sales-related initiativesManage the portal for enrollmentFUEL conference materials, ensuring materials are up-to-date, ordered, and stocked as neededSupervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fieldProven experience in B2B marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a similar roleStrong understanding of omni-channel marketing concepts and digital marketing strategiesExcellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience overseeing website updates and managing digital contentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across various departmentsCreative thinker with a problem-solving aptitudeExperience with HubSpot or a similar CRM

Work Environment and Work Distribution

Time will be spent in a remote office setting.

70% - Strategizing and implementing a "move-the-needle" B2B marketing plan

20% - Collaborative meetings

10% - Conference planning

Physical Demands

Visual and auditory acuity with speaking and hearing ability sufficient for headset/phone usage and conversations. Manual dexterity sufficient for work on a computer. Ability to stand or sit, in alternating fashion, for long periods of time
