Head of Content Policy

We are looking for an experienced leader to build the Content Policy function of the Trust and Safety team. This person will own internal and external policy development for our global safety efforts across our AI products. As the leader and founding member of the Content Policy team, you will be involved in all aspects of the team, including building out the team charter, launching new policy frameworks, growing the team, and building relationships across the company. This person must be an effective leader in the swift and effective resolution of sensitive, nuanced, and high-priority escalations originating from both internal and external stakeholders while also thinking long term in developing policies and guidelines that reflect our values. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, research, and engineering teams, own individual policy projects, and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives aimed to keep our AI products welcoming for everyone. This role will start as an individual contributor, but you will have the opportunity to build a team. This role reports to the Head of Trust and Safety
