Lead design efforts for new product initiatives and major feature releases across web and mobile platforms as part of the product design team.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.Establish and promote design standards, best practices, and design systems across the organization.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in product design roles.Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and processes.Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across various platforms.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience with design systems and Figma component libraries.
