As a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer for our Game Platform, you are someone who excels at creating scalable design systems backed up by qualitative and quantitative data, designs for both product and creative excellence. You understand and implement the User Experience/Product Design Process which is clearly demonstrated in your portfolio. You love to understand what drives engagement with content for people and orchestrate systems that are optimized to drive user happiness while meeting the business objectives. You are an evangelist for design and are an expert in collaborating with product managers, engineering, user research teams. Your work directly impacts the user experience for NVIDIA.What you'll be doing:Crafting Compelling DesignsApply in-depth knowledge and skills in UX standard methodologies, specifically in gaming, to craft visually appealing designs that engage our users.
Develop innovative designs and products for mobile, desktop, and TV, encompassing design methodologies and artifacts such as (but not limited to): foundational research, user testing, personas, wireframes, user journey and scenario maps, mood boards, compositions, color and type studies, shape languages, iconography, and design specifications.
Advocating for Users
Effectively represent the user's voice in a high-speed setting, providing daily design guidance to establish trust with consumers, advertisers, and creators.
Building Partnerships
Build strong relationships with leaders both within and outside the core product team to establish trust and effectively implement user experiences that are seamless, user-focused, and consistently foster trust.
Creating Pixel-Perfect Design
Showcase your ability to create and complete flawless "pixel perfect" designs and explain your creative process effectively to other designers, emphasizing high creative standards.
What we need to see:
Completed BA/BS degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated
8+ years
of delivering top-notch designs, including prototyping and front-end development
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
Skilled in Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Possess a portfolio showcasing UX-focused work samples for applications, highlighting exceptional use of the end-to-end User Experience/Product Design process and methodologies for relevant user solutions
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Completed MA/MS degree in Design, Art and Design, a related field, or have equivalent relevant work experience showcasing dedication to excellence.
Profound comprehension of technical requirements and limitations, with a background in working in highly technical settings.
Proven skills in analytical problem-solving and creative thinking, paired with a keen interest in business optimization and efficiency.
Essential communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities are crucial, including the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and efficiently while upholding a collaborative, humble, and innovative approach.
A strong portfolio displaying work from every step of the User Experience/Product Design process, illustrating the journey from research and initial sketches to detailed concept development and prototype testing.
