BAE Systems Vice President Communications - McLean, Virginia BAE Systems, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a strategic communications leader to serve as the Vice President of Communications in the Intelligence and Security (I&S) sector, reporting to the sector President. This role involves full-spectrum leadership for all corporate communications aspects, including strategy, executive communications, media relations, crisis management, marketing, recruitment marketing, social media, creative services, internal communications, and community investment. The Vice President also contributes to the company's Communications Leadership Team to shape enterprise-wide communications strategy.

Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy supporting the brand, corporate strategy, and growth objectives.Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leadership on media relations, crisis management, and regulatory initiatives.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.Represent the sector as the chief spokesperson with the media and key stakeholders.Lead global media relations efforts and enhance digital presence.Oversee marketing communications strategy, recruitment marketing, and internal communications programs.Manage the sector's community investment program.Mentor and develop the communications team.Demonstrate alignment with the sector's cultural principles.Ensure compliance with Company policies.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of related communications experience.Demonstrated success in developing and executing communication programs.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead at all levels.Deep understanding of digital communications and media relations.Experience in talent development and achieving results through others.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:MBA or MS degree in related field preferred.Corporate communications experience in a defense market environment.In-house PR experience.Pay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $194,600 - $330,800Employee Benefits:
