It is the only application to fully address the needs of statewide psychiatry access program with major customers such as the states of Texas and Vermont and powering programs such as Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT).

At Trayt Health, we're seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and direction while being hands-on, helping execute all aspects of Trayt's marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare and mental health innovation and contribute to our growth and success. This role will report to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesCreate and implement customer acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growthCraft and implement a comprehensive Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectivesIdentify and define target accounts and segments for personalized marketing campaignsLead the planning and execution of ABM campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and moreUtilize data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvementOversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics to engage and educate our target audienceCollaborate with content creators to develop customized content and messaging for target accountsSelect and manage marketing technology tools and platforms that support ABM effortsIdentify events and conferences to attend to drive lead generation and support sales.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team membersCollaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve revenue targetsDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesProvide regular reports and updates on the performance of marketing efforts to senior leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plusProven track record of success in B2B marketing, including Account Based MarketingExperience in the healthcare or health tech industryExperience managing all facets of marketing and external agency relationshipsIn-depth knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practicesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.Identify and measure success metrics; regularly monitor those metrics and report them to the leadership.Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and analytics toolsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Experience in the behavioral or mental health category

Pay Range:

Annual salary of $180K - $225K plus stock options
