Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Keepit is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and our office in Dallas.We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. The Revenue Operations team plays a vital part in supporting all revenue generating teams in Keepit. We are currently expanding heavily in the US and want to bolster our operations team supporting our global marketing team and our marketing leader. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and work closely with our CMO.As Senior Marketing Operations Manager , you will act as a business partner to or global marketing leader and at the same time take ownership of a range of projects related to the lead flow from our marketing campaigns and into our sales funnel. You will also take ownership of key tools in coordination with our team in Copenhagen, thus participating as part of our global Revenue Operations team. This includes taking part in setting commercial priorities for the whole organization, ensuring that new initiatives are implemented effectively, as well as providing support to the lead generation engine in the region when needed.Areas of responsibility as Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Keepit include:Optimize the HubSpot-to-SFDC journey to ensure top-to-mid funnel efficiencies and expedited lead-to-seller handoff.Own, evaluate, re-organize, and optimize a robust tech stack supporting lead flow journeys, ensuring tools are utilized effectively and efficiently and leads are mapped/visible throughout the sales funnel.Implement, optimize, and simplify pipeline reporting/ dashboards to give varying levels of leadership visibility to pipeline progress for all inbound, outbound, and partner activities.Support data-driven decision-making by implementing, retrieving, and analyzing available data to generate insights, identify gaps, and improve the marketing funnel.Be the business partner of the Marketing team, working collaboratively with the CMO to support marketing programs, provide pipeline visibility, align to opportunity targets, etc.Support digital, web, and campaign processes, including set up, handoff, and reporting in close collaboration with marketing team members to build and execute programs for maximum results.Enable testing and visibility of new channels for future scalability where needed.As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be joining our Revenue Operations team and reporting to our head of Commercial Operations, who will be working from our amazing office in Uptown Dallas, Texas. Project Management: Owning projects that can help us overcome challenges and implementing new initiatives or new tools will be a key part of the role and this requires strong project management skills.3. Technical Expertise: This role requires expert level mastery of the parts of our lead flow that will be the main area of responsibility, namely HubSpot and Salesforce. The successful candidate will take part in the planning- and implementation of improvements in our workflows and supporting our sales representatives in the systems.4.
