As Vice President of Demand Generation, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be a key player in the Marketing Leadership Team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across various functions to establish a robust demand generation engine that drives our aggressive growth targets.Location:

Seattle, WA (Hybrid - in office 2-3 days/week)You will oversee digital demand gen, ABM, website development, event operations, and marketing operations. Collaboration with other marketing functions and senior sales leadership will be crucial to your success.Key Responsibilities:Demand Generation:

Drive all demand generation activities, including paid media, web, SEO, email, ABM, and events to achieve pipeline goals.

Marketing Operations:

Ensure seamless execution and data-driven decision-making across demand generation efforts.

Event Strategy:

Develop and execute an annual events plan to optimize brand awareness and demand.

Strategic Planning:

Align demand-generation strategies with corporate objectives for measurable growth.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously refine tactics to maximize ROI and achieve targets.

Team Leadership:

Mentor a high-performing team in demand generation, ABM, and event operations.

Stakeholder Education:

Act as a marketing thought leader, fostering partnerships with product, sales, and customer success teams.

Innovation:

Implement creative and innovative demand generation strategies.

About You:

You are a strategic and creative leader with a passion for driving demand and operational excellence. You thrive on building high-performing teams and achieving measurable outcomes.Leadership Excellence:

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

15+ years of demand generation experience, including 5+ years in a senior role at a B2B SaaS or high-tech company.

Proven strategic leadership with a growth-focused mindset.

Sharp analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.

Exceptional team management and coaching abilities.
