with access to our Boston OfficeAutomata is building a world-class company to disrupt the life science industry and empower scientists by making automation a reality for every lab.We work with labs across the world to understand their specific workflows and needs and develop personalised solutions that range from diagnostic, and drug discovery to synthetic biology.We're building our LINQ platform as a hardware and software platform. This allows us to simplify everyday automation tasks while supporting more advanced paths for specialised workflows, in a fast, flexible, and cost-efficient way and supporting the delivery of the LINQ Cloud and LINQ Workcell platform to provide new global multi-tenant and single-tenant environments for our customers.We are looking for a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager, US whose mission is to be the driver of pipeline growth in the US, helping us reach our revenue targets.Why is this role important for Automata?We have recently opened up our US office, and are looking for a full-stack Marketer to be the first crucial marketing hire on the ground. You'll create a localized revenue marketing strategy that is aligned with our global ambitions.In this role you will be responsible for:Strategy : Create and execute on revenue marketing strategy for the US market, increasing pipeline growth across all channels to support Automata's explosive growth. Rigorously prioritise initiatives based on the impactABM:

Improve sales velocity with Account-Based Marketing campaigns to our key verticals and target accounts, teaming up with the local sales teamCampaigns:

Create campaigns to produce qualified leadsCommunity:

Manage our community marketing in the US – currently small events and sponsorshipsCo-marketing:

Seek out opportunities to build and strengthen relationships with thought leaders and partners in the marketCollaboration:

Work closely with the VP of Sales, US & the Global Marketing team, and provide insights to inform decision-making at the highest levelsMarket knowledge:

Monitor lab automation market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies if necessary in collaboration with our product marketingWhat it takes:Proven experience (+5 years) in running enterprise B2B account-based marketing campaignsExperience in creating a 360-degree US revenue marketing strategy (aligning with global strategy)Experience in creating, executing, measuring, optimizing, and reporting of integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channelsExperience in community buildingProficiency with HubSpot, Looker and SalesforceExcellent project manager and communicator to all levels of the businessStrong ownership, desire to experiment and share best practicesNice to haves:Experience in marketing to the life sciences industryTrack record of being either: one of the first marketers in a global team in a startup; or in a regional team at a high-growth scale-up/enterprise.What gets us excited?We’re passionate about the future of Technology and Automation and our growing success is built upon like-minded individuals who share our passion
