JDHuntr is currently seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Senior Counsel, you will play a vital role in our content practice by leading the drafting and negotiation of agreements for our film, TV, unscripted, and creative production projects.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate development agreements, production service agreements, and talent agreements for various content projects.Collaborate closely with our Production Counsel and Business Affairs team to provide valuable advice on compliance matters and legal clearances.Conduct legal awareness training sessions for the business and production teams to ensure understanding of legal processes.
Requirements
Juris Doctor degree with strong academic credentials.At least [X years] of experience working as an in-house counsel in the media industry.Solid expertise in drafting and negotiating various agreements, particularly in film, TV, unscripted, and creative production.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.In-depth understanding of compliance matters and legal clearances in the media industry.
