Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.What you'll do:Define agency-wide strategic objectives and provide relevant thought leadership on processes, audience strategies, campaign optimization, and the growth of Programmatic at DigitasServe as an expert on all aspects of the planning and campaign management processes, programmatic best practices, and publisher offeringsOversee the client services team by reviewing strategies, processes, campaign results, and the overall success of client relationshipsInterface with agency media teams to communicate service offerings, assist with complex campaign setups, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashionEnsure the Client Services team is aware of key client opportunities, potential risks, and other nuances that affect the health of the businessDefine and drive adoption of best practices in the digital and addressable media spaceLead regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performanceComplete forecasting exercises for senior managementParticipate in regular financial and operational meetings with senior leadershipCollaborate with Tech, Data, and Inventory partners to ensure that features, assets, and other elements necessary to successfully utilize their products are executed and delivered in a timely fashionServe as a point of escalation for campaign, strategic, and relationship challenges with clientsOversee training, mentoring, and development of direct reportsEmbrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosityWe're looking for an exceptional media leader, which typically includes:10-12 years of deep work experience in display and video media buyingSix or more years of strategic planning/campaign management experience in online advertising or direct marketingFour or more years of people managing experience, overseeing five or more reports in an account management/client services teamStrong grasp of the digital media ecosystem– you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it – and a clear, solid understanding of the media planning and buying processDeep industry relationships with ad tech firms, brand teams, and publisher partnersAbility to organize and manage detailed work, work independently, and balance multiple tasksExperience coaching and developing talent in a rapid growth environmentStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to othersWillingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideasGot what it takes? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
