We are responsible for designing and executing on behalf of a complex system of people, products, and services in intersectional spaces. At the core of that system is our Care Teams, including Community Guides, Therapists, and Nurses, and the members we serve. As Reema's Director of Product Design, you will be responsible for building and driving Reema's design practice in support of the Care Teams and their members. You will sit at the intersection of our Technology and Program teams and stitch together perspectives to solve business and user needs.

We need someone who can understand what tools are needed for Care Teams to effectively support their members, can develop a perspective on how those tools contribute to and shape the overall service being provided to members, and can work cross-functionally to create them.

How You'll Contribute To The Work

Lead and execute the end to end design process, from planning and conducting user research to designing for complex workflows and interactions, including sketches, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.Identify, define, and translate company vision and goals into projects and priorities.Develop and lead processes that enable cross functional team members (product, engineering, technology, program) to design and implement high impact experiences for the members, Care Teams and customers.Partner closely with Product and Program teams to align on the problems we should solve for and the roadmap that allows us to solve themLead engineers and product managers through a process that solves user and business problemsExpand and evolve Reema's design pattern library.

What You'll Bring To The The Role

5+ years of demonstrated experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.Demonstrated history of taking initiative, leading an end to end design process, and getting things done at the appropriate level of polish against tight timelines and competing priorities.A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design processes and strategies to cross-functional teams to bring them along.Proven impact applying design methodologies to produce successful outcomes from discovery through to implementation.Demonstrated experience designing and building end-to-end product experiences and offerings with a service component.Experience drawing from a variety of research methods–interviews, observation, diary studies, prototyping, surveys, user testing, and experiments–at different stages of the design process: to inspire early design work, inform the initial opportunity, collect formative feedback to support iteration, and validate a go-to-market solution.Experience working in a high-growth startup in an agile environment is preferred.Experience in Healthcare or Health Tech is preferred.Comfortability working in a hybrid environment located in the Twin Cities Area.
