Job Title: Coordinator, Anti-Piracy/Content Protection

A little bit about our team:

We provide support to our label and territory partners in rights management, optimization, and content protection to ensure maximum revenue opportunities at our commercial digital partners.

Your role:

We’re looking for someone who thrives on searching the depths of the internet to find when and where unreleased music first pops up. We want someone to help our artists maintain control of their release plans. This person will be the next piece in building a world-class anti-piracy unit.

Here you’ll get to:

Monitor and protect all forms of Warner Music Group’s intellectual property, including audio, physical products, merchandise, and virtual properties

Work with our label partners on priority release schedules

Coordinate priority releases on a weekly basis with third-party anti-piracy services

Receive and create leak alerts for infringing uploads

Discover new platforms that infringe on WMG’s intellectual property

Contribute to a growing team of global content protection specialists

About you:

Strong attention to detail

Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time

Learn, dissect and implement new processes, procedures or concepts quickly

Stay organized, on task, and self-motivated

Think quickly on your feet and work well independently

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Comfort with Google Enterprise products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms) and Microsoft Office Services (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)

We’d love it if you also had:

At least 1 year of experience with digital content management, anti-piracy or copyright matters

College degree preferred

Salary Range

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
