Spectacles .The Comms Team is responsible for conveying Snap’s mission, vision, and values to core audiences within our community. We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing policy communications team.What you’ll do:
Work on policy and related communications strategies to shape and protect Snap's reputation among key stakeholders.Contribute to public affairs campaigns supporting Snap’s business goals.Provide support to Snap’s policy team on emerging and established policies and regulations.Facilitate the rapid response program for accurate information dissemination.Collaborate with the global communications team.Create and oversee a roadmap for public appearances and speaking opportunities.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent media relationships with senior level policy, financial, and tech editors and reporters.Strong command of the tech, media, policy, and cultural landscape.Experience working in-house on tech policy issues.Strong communicator with press, industry thought leaders, and varied associations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.Ability to build strong working relationships cross-functionally and across different time zones.Excellent news judgment, writing, and communications skills.Crisis communications and issues management experience.Excellent project management skills.Serve as a Snap spokesperson as needed.Minimum Qualifications:
