Will you join us?Responsibilities:We are in search of a Plumbing Designer to join our SF office.The ideal candidate will develop engineering design documentation under the supervision of an assigned engineer;Create construction models in AutoCAD and Revit;Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings;Work from both customer and firm drawings;Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, and managing links;CAD and Revit drafting;Provide technical support for existing projects and field service;Attend and participate in project meetings, communicating with other trades, and creating/extracting reports, as required.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a 2 year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology, Mechanical Technology, or similar;EIT certification, or interest in obtaining;Demonstrate knowledge or interest on MEP systems and their installation, with an emphasis on mechanical and plumbing installations preferred;Developing knowledge of mechanical system design;Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD;Possess an understanding of drawing and modeling organization, detail, and precision;Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel;Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team.Base Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)At Page, we offer Health Care, Vision, Dental, Life, Travel, and Disability Plans, paid time off, matching 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) plus eligibility to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
