Responsibilities of an Entry Level Marketing Assistant:Present to potential buyers of our client’s products, services, and promotions to increase sales and provide them with a personable purchasing experience through our direct consulting platformUtilize product knowledge, competitive pricing, market research, and other sales tactics to drive sales and outperform our competitorsIdentify new business opportunities, explore potential sales markets, and expand our client’s market reachCollaborate with fellow Entry Level Marketing Assistants and Client Relations Managers on innovative sales strategies, current industry trends, and effective sales tactics to increase customer acquisitionsAnalyze daily sales performance, evaluate total weekly metrics, and establish individual and sales team goals to ensure we exceed client’s expectationsTrain with our Entry Level Marketing Assistants and Client Relations Managers by shadowing their demonstrations and appointments with potential buyersPartake in virtual conference calls and attend all on-site meetings to gain full comprehension of our client’s campaign goals, promotion updates, new product launches, customer acquisitions rates, and other sales-related detailsEntry Level Marketing Assistant Skills Preferred:Self-motivated and driven by a passion for sales to exceed all sales goals and expectationsConfident in public speaking and sound consultative selling skillsCharismatic and extroverted nature that blends with fellow Entry Level Marketing Assistants and other colleagues in different departmentsAdaptable in high-pressure environments and quick-thinking in critical situationsSolution-oriented and possess strong negotiation skills through active listening to potential buyer’s concernsBasic Qualifications for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant:High School Diploma or equivalent certification requiredBachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other business-related fields preferred1-3 years of experience working in Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Business, and other sales-related fields preferredPrevious Leadership or Management experience preferredReliable transportation to our on-site locationThis is a full time, in-office position based in the Long Island City / Queens area. We are looking for candidates that are able to start immediately, so you must be local to the area.
