Responsibilities:

Research and analyze the context of the project's needs to understand the client's objectives and priorities.Identify potential creative strategies in responding to client goals and project challenges.Explore and integrate findings and insights into design ideas and detail studies.Communicate the project concepts through hand sketching, photo rendering, 3D modeling, etc.Develop design solutions to coordinate with the functional wayfinding logic.Coordination with clients, design team disciplines, and general contractors to ensure alignment of all design elements.Communicate strategic recommendations with the design team and clients.Contribute and/or lead internal design sessions, critiques, client reviews, and work sessions.Leverage your working knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques and apply this experience to design concepts.Create technical drawings to scale and compile construction documents.Follow the project through construction to completion.Travel as needed for onsite meetings and or client presentations.Leads and/or participates in client/project meetings.Other specifically assigned duties.Ability to identify potential clients/project opportunities.Ability to provide project management attributes – scope development, fee, proposal, and project schedule.Ability to demonstrate business strategy and project management.Other specifically assigned duties.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in one of the following:

ArchitectureExperiential designGraphic designIndustrial designInterior designOr related field

A minimum of 6 years of job-related design experience is required.Excellent skills using Adobe Illustrator w/ supporting add-on program (CADtools)Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Suite.Additional knowledge of Revit and SketchUp software is a plus.Knowledge of Architecture, Space Design, and Interiors (digital/built environment)
