About the role:As a Sales Communications Manager, you will be responsible for internal communications to the FIS Sales and Revenue team. Working as a member of the Sales Performance Office, you will collaborate across the Sales organization and with internal cross-functional partners such as Line of Business, Marketing and Corporate Communications to develop and drive continual improvement of the Sales Communications plan, providing the Sales and Revenue team with timely, relevant, and accurate communications that enables their sales success and support our vision of creating the Best Place to Sell in the Industry.

About the team:

As part of the Sales Performance Office, the Sales Communications team is responsible for the development of strategic internal messaging as well as the execution of operational communications and programs for the Sales and Revenue team. To ensure continual improvement and engagement with our audience, we strive to provide informative and engaging communications across varying channels and formats.

What you will be doing:

In this role you will be responsible for development, production and implementation of internal sales communications across multiple channels as well as the ongoing enhancement of the internal communications plan for the FIS Sales teamManaging a team of communications professionals responsible for communications development and designDeveloping sales branded assets aligned to key messaging and in compliance with corporate communications guidelinesEnsuring consistent messaging and 'looks and feel' across all communications to supportDeveloping and executing program and project level communications plans for sales strategic initiativesManaging the intake process for new requests (communications, sales learning and education, general enablement) for the Sales Performance OfficeDeveloping and publishing performance communications including progress of reward and recognition programsWhat you will need:

A passion for communication!Demonstrated ability to be develop and execute a communications plan aligned to support the vision and strategy for the business.Proficiency in communication practices, writing, design and techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorsExcellent problem solving and time management skills for managing multiple deadlinesKnowledge and capability in project management methods and techniquesStrong drive to achieve goals and make an impact on the businessExperience in cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization5+ years of experience in a communications role5+ years of experience working with global teams in a corporate, fast-paced environment5+ years of people management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredAdded bonus if you have:

Strong design skills and experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Abode (preferred)Experience of working in a Sales or Sales Operations team
