Our Industrial Group Marketing Team is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join them. You will report to the Industrial Group Marketing Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, New York.

As Content Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and creating a wide range of engaging and compelling content, both online and offline, for different audiences and media channels consisting of complex, technical topics. Success in this role will be demonstrated by not only the number of content pieces created, but the amount of times those pieces are accessed and used by the organization and Moog employees. Your role is a creator, a writer, a designer...you are the storyteller within Moog and critical to the success of the Marketing Department.

To be considered for Content Marketing Manager, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or related discipline;Five (5) years in the field of Marketing or Content Management in a technical or B2B environment; with an solid understanding of marketing concepts and technology, and insights into industrial products customer behavior.Three (3) years of experience in a content marketing role.Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate and write about technical topics and help to develop visuals and layouts to convey the content.Experienced in managing projects, internal contributors and external agencies, and coordinating with engineering in a B2B, technical environment.Excellent written communication skills at native or near-native level in the English language. Proven ability to take complex information and turn it into easy-to-understand copy is an essential aspect including familiarity with keyword strategies.Proven ability to collaborate with multi-cultural engineers and technical experts to create messaging and build relationships.Professional project/budgeting management skills, as well as skills in managing creative resources including writers, and other vendor/agency personnel.Industry insights into motion control and industrial automation in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Simulation & Test market and solid knowledge in relevant products (e.g. valves, controllers) and technologyAs a Content Marketing Manager, you will:

Develop content to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention. Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to create, refine and execute effective external marketing communications content that is consistent and reusable across media including white papers, blog posts, web pages, articles, ads, press releases, product descriptions, and technical literature.Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues and across multiple business functions to develop and execute an effective content marketing strategy to meet business objectives and ensure that ongoing, relevant and appealing content reaches target audiences.Design and maintain a central location where all content can be stored and accessed by internal parties.Manage external agencies and projects in support of technical literature to ensure branding guidelines and revision control flow in a seamless process and the finished product meets specified timelines and budgets. Optimize the content creation process on ongoing basis and help localize materials for different channels, target audiences and regions.Work closely with internal contributors and subject matter experts to produce technically accurate and compelling information, champion technical content development, manage workflows (e.g., creation, approval, publishing, maintenance) and maintain an inventory of content to ensure timely, consistent presentations and effective messaging.Develop, manage and optimize appropriate content for websites, landing pages and social media including creating and executing an editorial plan, a metrics/ measurement program and leveraging important insights that will drive key business decisions related to content, user satisfaction and customer interaction.How We Care For You:

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this opportunity is $80,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
