Graphic Design Internship (Fall 2024)

The Pittsburgh Penguins are currently seeking a graphic design intern from September 2024 - December 2024 to assist primarily with graphic design and marketing projects. Interns must be registered for academic credit.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Assist with the design and maintenance of graphic templatesAssist with ongoing design projectsAssist with player cutout and treatments of photos in preparation for use in graphicsUnderstand the sports design world, but also bring new ideas to the tableMust feel comfortable working inside graphics templates, brand standards and campaign guidelinesDeliver final design products in a quick and orderly fashionCandidates should possess the following qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in graphic design, advertising, or related fieldRequired: Must have completed sophomore yearRequired Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite including: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignAbility to work within a brand while also keeping things fresh, attention to detail, quick and efficient with execution and ideationPreferred: Strong hockey knowledge and familiarity with the NHL and the Pittsburgh Penguins
Intern must be entering their junior or senior year in college and must take the internship for credit during the 2024 fall session. The internship is unpaid.
