The Act-On design team is in an exciting phase of reimagining outdated UI and UX with a new design language that's actively being defined! We're a small team with lots of room for growth, ownership, and contribution. We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer already performing at this level or someone with 5+ years of experience who's ready to take the next step into a senior role.

Partnering with Product Managers to visually explore potential design solutions, creating prototypes, and highly detailed UI specifications that engineers refer to during implementation. Occasionally you'll also execute develop and execute research plans, summarize findings, and make recommendations on changes/enhancementsPartnering with Engineering teams to keep them informed of what they'll be working on, understand their concerns or limitations, soliciting feedback and ideas for future iterations, and reviewing the implementation of design work to ensure it's completed as expectedContributing to team initiatives to improve the quality of life for yourself and other designers (design system, process improvements, educating designers or other teams on design related topics, etc.)Owning large feature projects from start to finish and assisting with other projects as-needed

Compensation:

The anticipated annual compensation for this position will be $120,000 - $135,000. Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate's skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
