Your Next Great Adventure:

As an Architectural Design Coordinator with Chesmar Homes, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process of our residential projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for design. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure that all design aspects align with Chesmar Homes' standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Success is Built On:Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and OutlookEffective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong attention to details, high degree of accuracy and excellent organizational skillsExemplary customer serviceSelf-discipline, an aptitude for making good decisions and works efficiently under deadlinesMust be able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced office high work volumeThe ability to work both independently and as a team memberExperience in residential drafting required, prefer production home builderCollegr degree preferred.Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
