JOB SUMMARY:

As a Social Media/Online Reputation Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing original content in order to promote our brand to potential customers. Ultimately, you should be able to increase customer engagement and brand awareness while utilizing current marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Assist in the development, implementation, and management of our company's social media strategyManage specific social media/online reputation platformsStay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trending topics, and current appsExcellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platformsCreating engaging text, image, and video content to share dailyDevelop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metricsAbility to communicate with guests in a professional mannerFacilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queriesReport current online reviews and feedback from customers and fans i.e. TripAdvisor, YelpQUALIFICATIONS:

Must hold a degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or other related field(s)Must have proven work experience related to social mediaMust be grammatically proficient with a strong skill in creative writingAbility to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal formUnderstand and comply with all company, department, and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and proceduresMust be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidaysMust be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with team membersAbility to read and speak EnglishExperience with Microsoft Office, Apple iPhone, and editing applicationsMust be at least 21 years of ageObtain all required work cardsPHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbolsWork is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second-hand smokeTasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting positionDISCLAIMER
