This role will report directly to the CMO and be responsible for ensuring Marketing is on track to hit quarterly and annual goals, while planning and executing with the future scale in mind. This role will be deeply involved in carrying out and advising on our marketing strategy, ensuring business priorities are on track, and driving cross functional needs throughout the GTM organization. You will also work to identify areas or opportunities with our PMO organization, and aid in aligning PMO resources to our most critical business initiatives.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:Maintain close alignment with the Marketing Leadership team and CMO to aid in development and execution of our marketing strategy across a 350 person marketing teamWork collaboratively with Marketing Analytics to ensure we report on key performance indicators and marketing performance related to our BPMsGenerate recommendations and consultation for improved teamwork across the organizationDeliver planning and coordinated agendas to ensure Marketing Leadership Meetings and team updates are focused on core business objectivesCo-author and project manage CMO communications and key strategy documents such as company-wide announcements, Marketing announcements, annual plans, and quarterly priority reviewsParticipate in regular meetings with HR, Finance, Recruiting, Legal and various other teams at Twilio to assist in addressing issues, building plans and delivering CMO driven programsWhen requested, assess inquiries directed to the CMO and determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to handlePartner with a team of passionate Program Managers and focus their efforts cross functionally to align with BPM and/or organization needsTake on key core projects for CMO as they come up through the year, and work closely with our Executive Admin team to deliver marketing all hands, offsite events, planning sessions, and key development sessions for the overall teamQualificationsNot all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly.
