The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and detailed global travel itineraries. The position will report to the Head of Studios Content Communications and will also support various functions of the team. The Executive Assistant will also be working closely with the studio’s Marketing, International, Development, Casting, and Production teams.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail oriented, an organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude despite the pressures of a fast-paced environment is essential. The candidate will possess the ability to succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, be skilled at anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities and global scheduling needs., high-judgment, self-motivated and the ability to handle high-level communications.

Key job responsibilitiesThis is an incredible opportunity if you have a passion for content and an interest in working in a true startup environment.• Handle heavy scheduling, travel needs, and general admin support for the Head of Content PR. This includes developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and managing timely situations as they arise• Compile media coverage reports and handle subscriptions• Support series/movies launch campaigns, including creating talent itineraries, booking talent glam, and coordinating talent travel• Track series, movie, events budgets/spending to keep the team’s overall budget up-to-date• Proactively drive team activities such as staff meeting agendas and participate in additional team meetings• Manage domestic & international travel itineraries and expenses• All administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, team supply ordering and more• Onboard new vendors, create PO's, troubleshoot billing and payment escalations and manage department PO card used for large spends• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items• Cultivate partnerships and support events• Additional appropriate special projects as they align with the ideal candidate's background and qualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- High school or equivalent diploma- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Experience with executive level calendar managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
