Position Title: Sr. Marketing Manager - Industrial SegmentsDuration : 1 year contractLocation: Austin, TXJob summary:If you are looking for an exciting career in embedded product marketing, then look no further. We are changing the landscape of the embedded market by continuing to introduce high-performance compute solutions into embedded segments like industrial automation, healthcare, robotics, aerospace, and defense among others. As a member of a dynamic and energetic Embedded Marketing team, the Sr. Marketing Manager for Industrial Segments will be responsible for driving and expanding the adoption of our solutions into the industrial embedded segment. In this role, you will drive customer interactions on a global basis and work collaboratively with Sales, Silicon and Software Technology teams, Customer and Applications Engineering, and Product Management to develop winning strategies for the segment. Key performance metrics include design win, sell-through and promotion effectiveness, revenue growth, and segment gross margin.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer relationships from discovery, design win, to revenue.Handle Request for Quote (RFQ) management to win business.Analyze and evangelize product value propositions.Create sell-through/sell-out activities and promotions.Assist partners with joining promotional activities and training.Manage product pricing and negotiation.Generate and maintain segment marketing collateral.Drive customer-specific design win strategies.Develop market segment strategy and business plan.Conduct market trend analysis.Perform competitive and opportunity analysis.Create sales training materials.Own legal contract processes with customers.Create and maintain segment/customer MRDs.Work with product and engineering teams to ensure market/customer requirements flow through product and engineering requirements.Help create outbound collateral as part of market development activities.Preferred ExperienceSelf-motivated individual excited to work in a fast-growing organization.Solution-driven mentality to create win-win situations with customers.Experience working with customers like Siemens, Advantech, Kontron, Beckhoff is a plus.10+ years of technology experience, with experience in x86 architecture and CPUs being a plus.Semiconductor experience preferred.Experience with taking customer engagements to production is a plus.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team player with a strong sense of customer orientation.Willingness to travel.Academic CredentialsBS in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.MBA desirable, but not required
