Experience and Process Designer, Transformation Office

Why We Have This Role

The Experience and Process Designer, will be the primary driver of designing and implementing our opportunity management process. This person will provide strategic direction, oversight, and coordination across various projects supporting our lead-to-cash transformation. They will ensure cross-functional alignment, manage resources effectively, mitigate risks, and drive progress towards success pillar 1: simplifying our business. They will foster collaboration among stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure effective transformation execution.

Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, provide clear direction, and drive results by effectively leading diverse groups towards common goals.

Detail: Ability to see the big picture, while also understanding the very small details needed to execute the big picture.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying complex ideas clearly, fostering collaboration, and keeping stakeholders informed at all levels.

Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and articulate a clear vision, set strategic objectives, and devise actionable plans to achieve them while adapting to changing circumstances.

Stakeholder Management: Skill in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for the Pod’s goals.

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues and risks that may arise during the transformation, employing creative solutions and critical thinking to overcome obstacles.

Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage resources, timelines, and priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results within constraints.

Things You’ll Do

Drive Opportunity Management transformation: Identify what initiatives are required to create a scalable, effective opportunity management for Qualtrics. Create project management plans to progress multiple, cross-functional transformation projects in parallel. Drive projects to completion.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment: Identify key cross-functional stakeholders and establish the right touchpoints and processes to drive collaboration and alignment

Mitigate Risks: Identify and anticipate potential risks and issues and work with relevant stakeholders on remedial actions

Deliver Tangible Business Outcomes and Value: Ensure performance tracking mechanisms are in place to measure and report on the benefits of the implemented changes

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

Track record of managing and delivering complex transformation programs

Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams

Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities

Ability to take complex asks and break them up into manageable and clear tasks and deliverables

Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders

Experience in coaching and mentoring team members

Excellent understanding of SaaS business models and processes
