Seeking a Part Time Marketing Assistant for an architecture organization located near Downtown Orlando! **

Requirements:

The Marketing Assistant will serve as a key member of the Marketing Team responsible for the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials. This position has the potential to go full time in January 2025.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related field, preferred.

0-3+ years of experience with writing/content creation; A/E/C industry experience is a plus.

Ability to work on multiple assignments/deadlines while maintaining a high level of precision.

Ability to contribute creative/strategic insight while participating in brainstorming and strategy development.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant graphic applications.

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment

Strong organizational and interpersonal skill

Job Outline:

Assemble and prepare proposals and presentations for selected projects and contracts.

Manage and maintain/update company marketing materials.

Writing and editing content for the firm's website, blog posts, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

Assisting and creating posts on social medica channels to showcase the firm’s work, engage with followers, and build the firm’s online presence.

Assist with digital newsletters.

Participate in various community functions, pre-proposal meetings, trade shows, and special events as needed.

Hourly:

$19-$20/hr
