Job Title: Design Professional

Job Description

As a Design Professional, you will be responsible for the drafting of construction documents and preparation of design deliverables under guidance. Your role includes researching industry products and investigating project parameters. Additionally, you will assist with project management and administration, ensuring technical design aspects of assigned projects are handled efficiently, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.

Work Environment

The work environment offers flexibility, with the office located in Glen Burnie, boasting newly renovated spaces. The setting is a dynamic mix of Architecture & MEP, handling projects across light commercial, retail, adaptive reuse, and more. Typical projects include Retail Centers, Office Buildings, Educational & Institutional Buildings, and Medical/Healthcare Facilities. The teams usually consist of 3 people (PA/PM and 2 production level architects). Benefits include 7 Federal holidays, 1 bonus holiday, and 3 weeks PTO. Employees work an average of 80 hours every two weeks, with some weeks requiring extended hours.
